A couple of days ago, we welcomed in a full day of (fairly) uninterrupted sunshine & I spent many hours out in the yard trimming back the winter's weathered growth in preparation for spring. What a joy it was to clear away the winter accumulation & see such hopeful new life teeming up from the earth! It reminded me once again how fortunate we are to live so close to the earth & in harmony with the rhythms of nature here in Oregon.
Nowhere has that sentiment been more apparent than here in the valley. We love that so many of you in this community honor/steward the land that offers up so much bounty. The beautiful food & wine here keep us happy & healthy & everywhere we turn, there seems to be more reason to celebrate life.
As we move into our third week at Boho Yoga spring is certainly springing & many of us celebrate holidays of rebirth & renewal. Lesley & I couldn't find the burgeoning of our sweet little space more timely & poignant. We are feeling the excitement of having labored intensely and created a beautiful space to share the gift of Yoga. We can't wait for you to see!
Of the many boons a yoga practice offers is the reminder that we too are a part of nature, comprised of all the same elements & when we listen deep within we feel our pulse resonate with the natural flow of things.
It's no wonder that various civilizations throughout history celebrate this time of spring as the ushering in of light & stepping back into life. Every spring, we cast off the slumber of the long grey& are reminded that something in us awakens too as the days get longer & the world within & around us blooms. What can you clear away to welcome in new growth & experience into your life? What are you called towards?
💚Boho Yoga welcomes you!💚
Yoga is a vast landscape- so come dive right in & see what happens when you give your body and mind some attention. When we take just a fraction of the energy we turn towards our work/others/world/etc & spend quality time with ourselves, something truly beautiful ensues.
