Qigong~ Strength & Flexibility

We love alternative forms of movement and often host various practitioners with skill sets beyond our yoga knowledge. Like yoga, Qigong is a coordinated system of body postures, meditative movement, martial art and breathwork designed to balance and/or cultivate life force- Qi-yet in a far different manner and tradition than yoga asana. Qigong is a whole body, gentle system suitable for all ages/levels. Join 4th degree blackbelt & medical qigong instructor Lyne Breault for a beautiful series in this ancient art. Session 1, Strength and Flexibility Friday Sept 13th at 6pm 

Session 2, Mindful movement with breath Friday October 11 at 6pm 

Session 3, Qigong for spine health Friday Nov 8 at 6pm $45 per session or $108 for all 3. Can’t make it to these sessions? Lyne will be hosting Qigong/TaiChi @brookswinery Sept 7 at 9:30 am.
