We had such great feedback from Angee’s last visit that we’re stoked to host her again for another Kundalini Yoga workshop. This style of yoga is quite different from our traditional hatha/vinyasa methods. The use of specific breathing techniques, mantra and body patterns set in sync to these alternative breath practices distinguish this tradition from all others.
