Finding Ease in the Hips & Low Back

Join Rose as she takes you on a guided tour of the pelvis and surrounding musculature. You will leave with a 10 minute sequence designed to bring fluidity into the joint & open the hamstrings so you can learn to take stress off the low back. This workshop is perfect for anyone working with joint discomfort, mobility issues or even the more active  hikers, runners, bikers & gardeners.
