Next up in Lesley’s @dancincamper practical yoga series: Budgeting & Decluttering - Mind, money, time & energy. These incredible workshops are gaining in popularity as we explore all the ways to bring your practice outside the studio & into your life. There is a code of ethics behind a yoga practice & by applying them to the physical body, we record the sentiments in our mental/emotional, intellectual and spirit bodies as well. Yoga is incredible. Come to this practice. It will begin with an opening meditation and asana (physical practice) & commence with lively discussion and journaling on how to build a bridge to reach your goals. Lesley is a wonderful resource on how to win at life and would love to share her insights with you. $25

Come move your body and be moved by the beat and energy of frequencies elevating, reverberating, dropping us right into bliss! ✨
It’s called ecstatic dance for a reason y’all! 🌟
This is such a lovely practice friends- we aim to create a space that you can truly dance like no one’s watching!
We seem, culturally, to shy away from dancing & at the Boho, we have to wonder if the mind’s running commentary may interfere with our experience of the pure bliss of being...🤔 So we’ve created an intentional space & a kind of meditative dance that will have you out of your head loop & into your body- which is super healing, cathartic & necessary & what yoga is all about!
At Boho, we believe in the yoga of all healthy movement. Come be present with self, In community, & hear all the ways the body wishes to move in this moment!
Our patterns are limited by our lifestyles & what is deemed an acceptable way to move in public. Yet, we have available to us considerably more freedom! Come explore your full range! Your body, mind & spirit will thank you! 💖
Personal space is respected.
This is an alcohol free event.

The last Sunday in June is already upon us & it’s time for last Sunday Restorative Yoga @ 3pm. 6/24. 💜
Restorative yoga is a unique & exquisite practice beneficial for ALL levels of practice- come if healing an injury, an advanced althlete or anywhere in between.
While this is a physically gentle practice, it is powerful. We hold only a handful of shapes for several minutes each using the support of props to encourage deep release. The results are amazing including increasing flexibility, decreasing cortisol production & ameliorating the effects of stress. Guided meditation is offered to enhance the practitioners capacity to self-heal through mind/body integration.

Join yogis Angela Newport and Julia Jakubowski for an afternoon in reconnecting with self. Your guides will offer yoga, pranayama, journaling exercises and yoga nidra. Come refresh and replenish and connect with other mothers. This event is open to moms of all stages.
For Restorative yoga, the intention is to relax as far as possible into the postures, using as little physical effort as possible. The mind focuses on the breath in order to cultivate mindfulness and release tension from the body.
Restorative yoga classes tend to be relaxing and slow paced, with a whole sequence using as few as five or six postures which are held for long periods of time. Props are also used often in order to allow the body to be in the most comfortable, supported position possible. This may include bolsters, blankets, blocks and belts. Gentle music may be played, and the practice may be combined with guided meditation.
Restorative yoga stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate, regulates the blood pressure and relaxes the body. As such, Restorative yoga is considered particularly beneficial for those suffering from anxiety, insomnia or headaches, as well as other stress-related conditions.
Restorative yoga is believed to boost the immune system and accelerate the body's natural healing process.
Curious about beginning yoga or know someone who is? Join us for this free class & information session introducing our upcoming Yoga 101 series. You’ll get a preview of the curriculum & an opportunity to experience the benefits of yoga for yourself! No experience needed. Wear comfortable clothing & come with any questions you may have on how to incorporate the healing aspects of a yoga practice into your life. This class is a gift to our community
Restorative yoga is appropriate for all levels and provides an opportunity for complete and total relaxation. Students move into longer supported holds over bolsters and blankets and are offered a guided meditation and an opportunity to connect with the body’s innate healing wisdom. Poses are designed to encourage a sense of well-being, contentment and joy. When paired with tonal frequencies the effects are compounded. Come learn the art of ‘not-doing’.
What are solfeggio tones?
“Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony.
The main six Solfeggio frequencies are:396 Hz – Liberating Guilt and Fear417 Hz – Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change
528 Hz – Transformation and Miracles (DNA Repair)
639 Hz – Connecting/Relationships
741 Hz – Expression/Solutions
852 Hz – Returning to Spiritual Order”

A little about Natalie:
Natalie began practicing Yoga in her 20s when she was away at college and faced
with a life altering chronic disease; She was fortunate to be introduced to
meditation, yoga, and Eastern practices of healing arts as an alternative form of
medicine. This led her to Naropa University where she continued her love for
Contemplative Religions and mindfulness. Interweaving yoga and her career as a
family therapist, Natalie has had the opportunity to practice and teach Yoga in many
unique communities around the world. Whether she is teaching poses as a wilderness
guide for at-risk youth, in an OB/GYN clinic with pregnant mamas, or with her two
daughters in her own living room, Yoga has been woven into all facets of her life.
Natalie is passionate about building inner strength from the way we think about and
move in our bodies. She believes Yoga offers the opportunity to reduce stress, and
create healthier connections with ourselves, and our world around us. You will find
her Yoga classes weave in elements of humor, compassion, and stillness. Natalie
enjoys encouraging yet challenging her students to grow both in mind and body.

About Katie Cosgrove:
An International Yoga teacher, Katie has been practicing since 2003 and teaching since 2009. After graduating from University of Hawai'i, she traveled to India to complete her 200-hour teaching certificate at a Satyananda Ashram in Nashik. Her first five years of teaching were spent mainly in Sydney Australia. During that time, she had the pleasure of studying under and working with some of Sydney’s best yoga teachers. After Sydney, Katie moved to San Francisco where she was blessed to be able to teach for a few years at some of the city’s exceptional studios. She also spent that time studying and working on her advanced teaching certificate with Jason Crandell.
Katie teaches a Vinyasa style of Yoga balanced with strength, softness and mindfulness. Her classes are challenging yet playful and light hearted while also focusing on keeping the body supported and safe. She believes that life is all about balance, on and off the mat. In her opinion, Yoga should act as a guide towards balance but without any strict rules around that experience. She teaches from the idea that this practice can be whatever you need it to be.
Join us for one of these workshops in October, We know you will love Katie as much as we do!
